During this, our first meeting: we review your plans (if building new) or your current environment.
We talk about problems, opportunities, and potential, which will lead to preliminary suggestions.
Helpful Tip: If you are building new it is very beneficial to involve us as soon as possible in order that negative acoustic affects be avoided.
Step 2: Define, Conceptualize and Detail
We discuss your needs and desires.
For new construction spaces we use predictive analysis tools and our experience to draft the design details for review and discussion. Since this is new construction we have the opportunity to tailor the dimensions of the room to optimize its modal response.
For the modification of existing rooms we use both predictive and real time analysis tools to assess the room’s modal characteristics, noise floor, and isolation properties.
A set of professional drawings defining our suggested solutions in clear concise detail will be provided.
Step 3: Equipment and Acoustic Treatment Selection
Audiolabs is an authorized dealer of a complete line of professional Hi-End audio and video equipment for your consideration. We also have our own line of custom acoustic absorbers and diffusers. Our product lines have been carefully selected to offer only the highest quality, easily exceeding what’s available at normal retail. Even more important, we are experts at integrating the ideal equipment and acoustic solutions into the rooms we design or modify.

Step 4: Implement and Supervise
We will now work with all trades to ensure that the acoustic and audio/video objectives are implemented, and excellent results are achieved.
Step 5: Calibration and Tuning
The Calibration/Tuning phase is an extensive process. We set up the equipment (as required) and check all elements related to “the system”.
It is our conviction that the room, equipment, and acoustic treatment are all part of the system.
We will optimize the system using professional analysis tools and make adjustments as necessary to ensure excellence.
We are finished when its right.

services are based on an hourly rate of $95.
Packages are available for larger projects
A modest mileage charge of $0.50 per KM is charged for travel in
excess of 25 km.
